蛹虫草真菌发酵五味子药渣对仔猪生长性能、 饲料消化率和血清生化指标的影响

摘    要:研究蛹虫草真菌发酵五味子药渣菌质对仔猪生长性能、饲料消化率和血清生化指标的影响。选取28日龄断奶仔猪36头随机分为3组(每组3个重复,每个重复4头):空白对照组饲喂基础饲粮,阳性对照组基础饲粮中添加5 g·kg~(-1)的五味子,试验组基础饲粮中添加5 g·kg~(-1)的蛹虫草真菌发酵五味子药渣菌质。试验期21 d。结果表明,与空白对照组相比,试验组和阳性对照组仔猪料肉比和腹泻指数显著降低(P0.01或P0.05);粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗纤维(CF)和粗灰分(Ash)消化率提高;谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著降低(P0.05),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性、总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)含量均显著增加(P0.01或P0.05)。试验组尿素氮(BUN)显著降低(P0.05),但各组白球比(A/G)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性差异不明显。试验组各检测指标变化趋势和阳性对照组一致。上述结果表明,在断奶仔猪基础饲粮中添加5 g·kg~(-1)的蛹虫草真菌发酵五味子药渣能显著改善断奶仔猪生长性能、主要营养物质消化率及血清生化指标。

Abstract:The effects of fermented fungal substance (Schisandra chinensis residue fermented by Cordyceps militaris) on growth performance, feed nutrient digestibility and serum biochemical indexes of weaned piglets were investigated. Thirty-six 28-day-old weaned piglets were randomly allocated to three groups (three duplicates with four piglets in every group) of blank control group (basic diet), positive control group (basic diet plus 5 g·kg-1 Schisandra chinensis) and treatment group (basic diet plus 5 g·kg-1 fermented fungal substance). The experiment lasted for 21 days. Compared to the blank control group, the feed gain ration and diarrhea index in the positive and treatment groups were decreased (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The results of digestion experiment showed the apparent digestibility of CP, EE, CF and Ash in the positive and treatment groups all improved. AST activities in the positive and treatment groups were decreased (P<0.05). The activity of ALP and the contents of TP and GLB in the positive and treatment groups were significantly increased (P<0.01 or P<0.05), while BUN concentration in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the blank control group (P<0.05). There were no difference of A/G value and ALT activity among groups. It is concluded that a supplement of 5 g·kg-1 fermented fungal substance into the feed significantly improved production performance, feed utilization and serum biochemical index with supplement of 5 g·kg-1 fermented fungal substance.
