光电感应式油菜种子流监测装置设计与试验

摘    要:针对油菜气力槽齿盘式精量排种器高速排种过程中种子流不易准确监测的问题,设计出一种光电感应式油菜种子流监测装置,对排种器的落种数量进行实时监测。该监测装置调用ARM嵌入式系统的中断,定时器资源,在时间窗口中采集回归反射型光纤传感器的输出脉冲,计算得到排种器双路各自落种数量以及落种总数,并在液晶屏上显示。选用华油杂62号作为试验对象,以排种盘转速和吸室真空度作为试验变量,以落种数量的监测值和实际值的相对误差作为试验指标,在油菜气力槽齿盘式精量排种器上进行该监测装置的实时监测试验,得到落种数量的监测值;再利用数粒仪计算落种数量的实际值,求出监测的相对误差。试验数据表明,监测值的相对误差不大于5.21%。该装置能够有效实现油菜种子的实时监测,对提高油菜气力槽齿盘式精量排种器排种性能的监测水平,推进油菜排种监测装置的研究具有重要意义。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to accurately monitor the seed flow during the high-speed seeding process of a pneumatic groove-tooth plate seed metering device for rapeseed, a seed flow monitoring device based on photoelectric sensor was designed to monitor the number of seeds in real-time seeding process. The interrupt and the timer resources of the ARM embedded system were used on the monitoring device. The output pulses of retro-reflective optical fiber sensors in the time window were collected by the monitoring device. The number of seeds in two channels of the metering device were calculated by the monitoring device and displayed on a LCD screen. Huayouza 62 was selected as the experiment object, the speed of seeding plate and the vacuum degree of suction chamber were used as the experiment variables, and the relative error between the monitored value and the actual value of planting quantity was used as the experiment index. The real-time monitoring experiment of the monitoring device was performed on the seed metering device to obtain the monitoring value of the number of the dropped seeds, then the actual value of the number of the dropped seeds was calculated by the particle counter, and the relative error of the monitoring was calculated. The test result showed that the relative error of the monitoring value was not more than 5.21%. The real-time monitoring of the rapeseed can be realized by the device effectively, which is of the great significance for improving the monitoring level of the seeding performance of the pneumatic groove-tooth plate seed metering device for rapeseed, and promoting the research of the rapeseed seeding monitoring device.
