| 摘 要： | 测定黄刺玫插穗的水分状况、呼吸强度、过氧化物酶活力，以及衰老指标ＳＯＤ活力和ＭＤＡ含量，认为活跃的生理状况有利于提高插穗的生根能力。插穗的生根能力与插穗的衰老关系并不明显，但通径分析结果表明：ＭＤＡ的积累，在一定程度上，影响了插穗的生根能力。还探讨了黄刺玫插穗的生根机理。

| Abstract: | Water condition, respiration intensity, CAT, SOD and MDA of the cuttings were determined The results showed that the active physiological condition could raise the rooting capabitity The senescence of the cuttings showed no significant relation to rooting capability Path analysis showed that the accumulation of MDA could decrease the rooting capability to a certain extent |
