| 摘 要： | 以美国转基因抗虫棉（CK1）和泗棉3号（CK2）为对照，研究了6个转基因皖棉品系的抗虫性和产量性状。结果表明，6个皖棉品系均表现出高抗鳞翅目害虫的特性，与CK1相当，但是各品系皮棉产量表现不一。皖1至皖5五个品系皮棉产量低于CK2；皖6高于CK2，与CK1无显著差异。

| Abstract: | The insect resistance and yield traits in six transgenic cotton
strains of Wanmian were investigated and the results showed that all six Wanmian strains gave
the same strong resistance to insects as that in USA transgenic cotton (CK1) although their fiber
output was different.Strains Wan1 to Wan5 gave a lower and Wan6 a higher fiber output than
Simian-3 variety (CK2) did. |
