摘    要:从毛竹全长cDNA文库中分离到1个细胞色素P450基因,命名为PheCYP-1。相似性分析表明,其编码蛋白与拟南芥CYP706A亚家族蛋白相似性较高(42%~46%),属于CYP706家族;实时定量PCR结果表明,PheCYP-1在正在伸长的笋中表达丰度最高;将PheCYP-1构建到pBI121的多克隆位点,在拟南芥中过量表达,转基因拟南芥的次生木质部导管壁厚度显著增加,表明PheCYP-1基因可能与毛竹次生木质部的细胞壁发育有关。

Abstract:A gene encoding cytochrome P450 protein was isolated from moso bamboo(Phyllostachys edulis) full-length cDNA library,and designated as PheCYP-1.BLASTp analysis showed that its deduced amino acid sequence had relatively high similarity to CYP706A subfamily proteins from Arabidopsis thaliana(42% to 46%),which indicated it belongs to CYP706 family.Quanitative real-time PCR results showed that it was mainly expressed in elongating shoots of P.edulis.PheCYP-1 was cloned into multiple clone sites of pBI121 and tr...
