多花黄精炮制品与生品不同提取物抗运动疲劳作用的比较

摘    要:对多花黄精炮制品与生品中多糖类成分、皂苷类成分、黄酮类成分的抗运动疲劳作用进行比较研究.随机将小鼠分为7组,即空白组、多花黄精炮制品组/生品多糖组、炮制品皂苷组/生品皂苷组及黄酮炮制品组/生品黄酮组,连续灌胃给药30d后,测定小鼠负重游泳时间、耐缺氧时间、乳酸(LA)含量、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性、肝糖原含量和肌糖原含量.结果表明,多花黄精炮制品中多糖类成分为抗运动疲劳活性物质.多花黄精生品中多糖类成分、皂苷类成分为抗运动疲劳活性物质,其中多糖类成分在提高小鼠负重游泳时间、耐缺氧时间及肝糖原含量上极显著地高于空白组(P<0.01).多花黄精炮制品、生品不同提取物与空白组相比,在血清LA含量、LDH活性及肌糖原含量上不具有统计学差异.多糖类成分为多花黄精主要的抗运动疲劳活性物质,生品中多糖类成分抗运动疲劳活性强于炮制品.

Abstract:The anti-exercise fatigue effects of polysaccharides, saponins and flavonoids of raw materials of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua and its processed products were compared. The mice were randomly divided into 7 groups, i.e. the control group, polysaccharide group, saponin group and flavonoid group from raw materials of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua and its processed products, respectively. After 30 days of continuous gavage, the mice were tested for swimming time under load, hypoxia tolerance time, lactic acid (LA) content, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity, liver glycogen content and muscle glycogen content. The results indicated that polysaccharides in the processed products of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua were the active substances against exercise fatigue. Polysaccharides and saponins from raw materials of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua were the active substances against exercise fatigue, among which, polysaccharides were significantly higher than those in the control group in improving swimming time, hypoxia tolerance time and liver glycogen content (P < 0.01). Compared with the control group, there were no statistically significant differences in LA content, LDH activity and muscle glycogen content. In conclusion, polysaccharides of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua are the main active substances against exercise fatigue, which have stronger activity in raw materials than its processed products.
