竹造纸污泥纤维的特性分析

摘    要:选取竹造纸污泥纤维为研究对象,对其化学成分、纤维形态、红外特征和润湿性能进行了研究分析。结果表明:污泥纤维形态完好,红外特征峰明显,具有良好的润湿性,具有很好的可再利用性。

Abstract:Paper mill sludge was selected as material to study its chemical components and fiber figure. Determination of IR-spectra was carried out for measuring fiber of mill sludge fiber.Sigma700 was utilized for measuring the contact angles. The results show that the fiber configuration of the paper mill sludge is fine; the contact angle of the paper mill sludge fiber is small, which means paper sludge has good infiltrating; mill sludge fiber, hot-pressing or not, the absorption peaks of cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin are notable. These means the structure of fiber in the mill paper sludge can be preserved well and used as superior material continually.
