摘    要:采用免疫印迹技术检测NSF蛋白和内参蛋白GAPDH在SAMP8小鼠背侧海马、腹侧海马、额叶、顶叶和嗅球的表达。结果显示在背海马、额叶和顶叶中,13月龄SAMP8小鼠NSF的相对含量显著高于5月龄(Ps<0.05),且13月龄背侧海马NSF含量也高于9月龄鼠(P<0.05),而在腹海马和嗅球NSF的含量在各个年龄段间差异无统计学意义(Ps>0.05)。以上结果提示在正常衰老过程中,SAMP8小鼠NSF含量在脑内某些区域呈现年龄相关性增高。

Abstract:The NSF(N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive fusion protein) and GAPDH (reference protein) in dorsal hippocampus, ventral hippocampus, frontal lobe, parietal lobe and olfactory bulb were detected by western blot. The relative amount of the NSF in the dorsal hippocampus, frontal lobe and parietal lobe in the 13-month-old mice was significantly higher than that in the young mice (Ps < 0.05), and the amount of NSF in the 13-month-old mice in the dorsal hippocampus was higher than that in the 9-month-old mice (P < 0.05); the relative content of NSF in the SAMP8 mice in the ventral hippocampus and olfactory bulb had no significant age-related changes(Ps >0.05). Our results suggested that during the lifetime, the amount of NSF increases with aging in some brain regions of SAMP8 mice.
