“退田还湖”实施前后江汉湖群变化比较研究

江汉湖群所在江汉平原区域是我国重要的粮棉油生产基地,但外洪内涝严重,是我国典型的生态环境脆弱地区。江汉湖群对江汉平原乃至长江中下游地区的洪水调蓄起着举足轻重的作用。结合历史资料,分析湖群演变规律意义重大。作者从政策决策视角,基于RS、GIS平台,建立湖泊信息数据库,将前人研究该区域湖泊的统计数据与1995～2010年间的遥感影像数据进行比较分析,研究显示1998年"平垸行洪,退田还湖"政策实施后江汉湖群湖泊数量、面积及水面率均呈上升趋势,由于过度围垦造成的湖泊面积锐减的现象得到遏制,但同时各县域单元的湖泊演变又各具特点,呈现不同的发展趋势。

Comparative analysis of the changing trends in Jianghan lake group after "returning land to lake"

Jianghan Plain where Jianghan lake group locates in is an important production base of commodity,grain,cotton and oil,and is a typical ecological vulnerable area,with situation of severe flood and water logging.Jianghan lake group plays an important role in regulating and storing the flood for Jianghan Plain as well as Yangtze River.It is significant to analyze the evolution of lakes combined with the historical data.This paper does comparative analysis based on the previous studies on the lakes in this region and the remote sensing image data during 1995-2010.The results show that there are growing trends by number,area and water surface ratio of Ji-anghan lakes group after the implementation of the policy of returning land to lake in 1998.The sharply decreased area of lakes caused by over reclamation has been restrained,which fully reflects the positive impact of the im-plementation of land policy,while different counties have different characters.
