北美红栎扦插繁殖技术的研究

摘    要:为了研究北美红栎的扦插繁殖技术,选取一年生与当年生半木质化北美红栎枝条对其进行硬、嫩枝扦插试验。选取不同部位以及不同直径的枝条作为插穗,通过不同生根剂、不同浓度处理、不同基质和不同时间扦插的试验,研究插穗生根的效果。结果表明,北美红栎嫩枝扦插生根效果优于硬枝扦插,以ABT1 600 mg·L-1处理嫩枝插穗,生根效果最好,生根率、最长根长及平均根数分别为38.3%、3.24 cm和1.7条;选择母株当年生枝条中上部做最佳插穗;插穗最佳直径为4~6 mm;珍珠岩与泥炭土体积比1:1的混合基质为最佳基质,在8月份室外扦插效果为佳,生根率、最长根长及平均根数分别为53.3%、3.35 cm和1.5条。

Abstract:In order to explore the cutting propagation technology of Quercus rubra,one-year-old branches and semi-lignified branches were used as the cutting material for studying hardwood and softwood cutting propa-gation.We investigated the rooting of Quercus rubra under different treatments with different kinds and concen-trations of plant growth regulator,cutting stroma,branch sections,cutting time and branch diameters.As a result,the rooting effects of softwood cutting is better than that of hardwood cutting with treatment of ABT1 600 mg?L-1,and the rooting rate,the longest rooting length and rooting number is 38.3%,3.24 cm and 1.7,respectively;se-lecting branches in the upper part of mother plant in August with diameter of 4-6 mm for cutting outdoor in mixed soil matrix is optimum.In this condition,the rooting rate,the longest rooting length and rooting number is 53.3%,3.35 cm and 1.5,respectively.
