银杏叶复方对脾虚证小鼠肠道推进功能、 抗疲劳和抗氧化作用的影响

摘    要:采用利血平复制脾虚证小鼠模型,观察银杏叶复方对脾虚证小鼠肠道推进功能、抗疲劳和抗氧化作用的影响。结果表明,与脾虚模型组相比,银杏叶复方能显著提高脾虚证小鼠肠道推进率和游泳时间(P<0.05),显著提高小鼠肝糖原(HG)含量(P<0.01)、血清过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力(P<0.05),显著减少血清中乳酸(LD)、尿素氮(BUN)和一氧化氮(NO)含量(P<0.05)。银杏叶复方是通过减轻血清中过量的一氧化氮对机体的损伤作用,参与调节肠道运动功能,提高了脾虚证小鼠肠道吸收功能;银杏叶复方的抗疲劳作用则与其降低运动后血清尿素氮含量,提高肝糖元的储备量,增强清除乳酸能力有关。

Abstract:To study the effect of Ginkgo biloba compound on small intestine movement,antifatigue and an-tioxidant,the experiments were observed using the model mice of spleen decicinecy syndrome induced by reser-pine.The results showed that Ginkgo biloba compound could increased the propulsive rate of intestines and swimming time of mice(P<0.05);increased the content of hepatic glycogen(HG) in the test mice(P<0.01) and the activities of peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) in the test mice serum(P<0.05).It decreased the content of lactic acid(LD),urea nitrogen(BUN) and nitric oxide(NO) comparing to the model of spleen decicinecy syn-drome groups(P<0.05).Ginkgo biloba compound can participate and improve the function of intestine move-ment and absorbtion in mice by decreasing the damage result from excessive NO in serum.Ginkgo biloba com-pound has the function of anti-fatigue by decreasing the content of BUN in serum after movement and increasing the content of HG and the ability of clearing away LD in serum.
