摘    要:茶树是我国重要的经济作物之一,通过组织培养技术,利用茶树茎段、腋芽、叶、花粉、种子等器官作为外植体建立茶树遗传转化的再生系统,对获得优质茶树种质资源至关重要.目前关于茶树遗传转化方法的研究,主要集中在农杆菌介导法和基因枪法.综述当前茶树遗传转化再生系统的研究进展,并对今后茶树遗传转化提出展望.

Abstract:Tea plant is one of the important economic crops in China. The regeneration system of tea genetic transformation established by tissue culture technology of organs such as stem segments, axillary buds, leaves, pollen and seeds is essential to obtain high-quality tea germplasm resources. The current research on the genetic transformation methods of tea plants mainly focuses on the Agrobacterium-mediated method and the particle bombardment. In the paper, we reviewed the research progress of regeneration systems and genetic transformation systems in recent years, and prospected tea plant genetic transformation in the future.
