| 摘 要： | 以文竹组织培养的新茎为材料，进行了文竹最佳生根方式试验。结果表明：用生根粉处理后进行扦插水培生根效果最好，其生根率达90％以上，较试管培养高14％，较基质扦插高48％；育苗周期较试管培养和基质扦插缩短约18d；移植成活率较试管培养和基质扦插分别提高35％和82％。

Rooting Experiment of Tissue Cultivated Asparagus Fern |

| Abstract: | The rooting experiment of cultivated fresh stems of asparagus fern was carried out in this paper.The results showed that fresh stems treated with rooting power for the solution culture cuttage was optimal to rooting,the rooting rate was more than 90%,14% higher than for the test tube and 48% higher than for the cutting with basical substance due to reducing the seedling period by 18 days,and increasing the survival rate of transplantation by 35% and 82%,respectively. |
