摘    要:利用分布于小麦全基因组的369对SSR分子标记,分析98份育种亲本材料的基因型,并采用TASSLE软件的GLM和MLM模型鉴定除草剂抗性紧密关联的标记位点、发掘关联标记的优异等位类型。以2,4-滴丁酯处理条件下的芽鲜重抑制率(T1)、甲基二磺隆处理下的芽鲜重抑制率(T2)和根鲜重抑制率(T3)等3个指标为目标性状,共关联到37个显著标记位点(P0.05),分布于小麦染色体1AL、1BL、1DL、2AS、2BS、3AL、3BL、3BS、4AL、4BL、5AL、5DL、5DS、6BL、6DL、6DS、7AL、7BL、7BS、7DS和7DL上。其中3BS和4BL上的分子标记Xgwm285和Xgwm165同时在3个指标中均关联到,属于稳定的抗性位点;另有4个标记位点(Xcfd32、Xwmc617、Xmag1263和Xmag2137)同时在2个指标(T2和T3)关联到。优异等位类型分析表明,3个指标均重复检测到的Xgwm285-251bp、Xgwm165-166bp可显著提高小麦幼苗对2,4-滴丁酯、甲基二磺隆的抗性,典型载体品种分别为Niavt14和兰考298;Xcfd32-160bp/158bp、Xwmc617-157bp、Xmag1263-135bp和Xmag2137-189bp等位类型可显著提高小麦芽、根对甲基二磺隆的抗性,载体品种分别为兰考298、周麦16、济南17等;Xcfd76-208bp、Xcfd76-185bp和Xcfd49-131/143bp具有显著提高芽对2,4-滴丁酯的抗性,典型载体品种分别为农大876、新麦18及周麦16。
