摘    要:针对当前稻米溯源体系缺乏统一规范和溯源信息表达不够精准等问题,首先参考HACCP(hazard analysis critical control point,危害分析临界控制点)食品安全保障体系,设计稻米生长环境溯源指标体系表来实现稻米生长溯源指标标准化。然后运用Kmeans(k均值聚类)改进FP-Growth(frequent pattern-growth,频繁模式增长算法)挖掘稻米溯源参数与稻米口感评价之间潜在的关系,进而提高稻米溯源信息的精准表达。稻米溯源指标体系的优化为稻米溯源的标准化制定和溯源信息的精准表达奠定了研究基础。

Abstract:In view of the current lack of uniform standards for rice traceability systems and problems with the accuracy of traceability information, the reference was first made to the hazard analysis critical control point (hazard analysis critical control point) food safety assurance system to design rice traceability to designed rice traceability index system table to achieve the standardization of rice traceability indicators. Then, using the Kmeans (Kmeans clustering) to improve the FP-Growth (frequent pattern-growth) algorithm was used to mine the potential relationships between the rice source tracing parameters and rice quality assessments, thereby improving the accurate expression of rice traceability information. This optimized design improved the rice traceability system, which laid the foundation for the development of rice traceability standardization and the accurate expression of traceability information.
