摘    要:利用免疫组化法检测长期口服阿卡波糖对SAMP8小鼠背海马突触蛋白synaptotagminⅠ(SytⅠ)表达的影响。结果显示,SytⅠ在背海马CA1、CA3区和齿状回各层均有表达。老年对照组小鼠背海马各区SytⅠ的相对含量显著高于青年对照组(Ps<0.05)。阿卡波糖处理组小鼠背海马各区SytⅠ的相对含量显著低于同龄对照组(Ps<0.05)。上述结果提示长期口服阿卡波糖可减轻SAMP8小鼠背海马年龄相关性SytⅠ增加的水平。

Abstract:In this study, the effect of orally chronic administration of acarbose on synaptotagmin I (Syt I) level in dorsal hippocampus of the SAMP8 mice was explored using immunohistochemical method. The results indicated that Syt I was expressed in CA1 and CA3 subfields and dentate gyrus of the dorsal hippocampus. The relative amount of Syt I in the elderly control group was significantly higher than that in the young control group in each subfields of the dorsal hippocampus (Ps<0.05). However, the acarbose-treated mice had significantly lower level of Syt I in all subfields in comparison with the elderly control mice (Ps<0.05). Our results suggest that orally chronic administration of acarbose could reduce the age-related increase of Syt I in the dorsal hippocampus of the SAMP8 mice.
