摘    要:选择不同退化程度的蝉棒束孢(Isaria cicadae)菌株,用柞蚕蛹(Antheraea pernyi)和大蜡螟(Galleria mellonella)作为替代寄主进行复壮,并对复壮后的菌株进行了栽培验证实验。结果表明,蚕蛹复壮效果优于大蜡螟,但是复壮周期较后者长1倍。所有菌株均能通过注射接种侵染蚕蛹,但菌株退化程度不同对蚕蛹的侵染力不同;侵染大蜡螟的方法不同,其效果有显著差异,菌液浸蘸法优于固体培养物接触法。退化严重的菌种通过虫体复壮难以恢复产孢梗束能力。

Abstract:In this paper, rejuvenation experiment of different degree of degenerate strains of Isaria cicadae was carried out, taking pupa of Antheraea pernyi and larva of Galleria mellonella as alternative host, and the cultivated experiments of regenerated strains were conducted. The results show that silkworm pupa is better than waxmoth larva, but the regeneration period is doubled longer as the larva. Silkworm pupa can be infected by all strains through injection inoculation, while the different extent of degeneration have different infection. There are obvious differences between different methods of inoculating waxmoth larva and the method of liquid culture dipping is better than solid culture contact. It is difficult to restore the ability of producing synnema by insect passage in severe degeneration strains.
