摘    要:利用组织培养技术对杂交榛子无性器官进行培养研究,从而为后续人工控制条件下获得更多的紫杉醇提供基础性研究材料。结果表明,对于10年生杂交榛子的根、茎段和叶片3种外植体进行愈伤组织诱导,其中茎段愈伤组织诱导率最高为66%,基础培养基MS为最适培养基,最适生长调节剂组合为2,4-D 2.5 mg·L-1+6-BA0.5 mg·L-1。

Abstract:In this study, vegetative tissues of cross-fibert were cultivated using tissue culture technology, which can provide a basic research for subsequently gaining more paclitaxel materials. The results indicated that in three explants (root, stem, and leaf) of a ten-year-old cross-fibert, the stem section had the highest callus induction rate, reaching to 66%. The best basal medium was MS and the optimal plant growth regulators were the combination of 2,4-D 2.5 mg·L-1+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1.
