双台子河口刀鲚不同年龄重点形态性状对体重的影响

摘    要:对在双台子河口采集的2~+龄~5~+龄共计266尾刀鲚的体重(Y)、全长(X1)、体长(X2)、体高(X3)、体宽(X4)、头长(X5)、吻长(X6)、眼径(X7)、眼后头长(X8)和眼间距(X9)等10个性状进行测量。采用相关分析、多元回归分析和通径分析法,研究4个年龄段刀鲚的体重和形态性状的关系。结果表明,2~+和4+龄刀鲚体长对体重的直接影响最大;3+和5~+龄体高对体重的直接影响最大。利用逐步回归分析,建立体重与形态性状的多元回归方程。2~+龄~5~+龄刀鲚体重(Y)与形态性状参数的多元回归方程分别为:Y=–7.186+3.617 X2~+0.174X3(R2=0.911);Y=–3.441+0.738X3+1.649X2(R2=0.910);Y=–7.703+3.383X2~+0.413X3(R2=0.909);Y=–6.733+1.831X3+2.175X1(R2=0.958)。研究表明,选择不同发育时期鱼类进行连续分析以提高选育的精度十分有必要。

Abstract:A total of 266 Coilia nassu species at 2+ to 5+ ages were collected.The total length(X1),body length(X2),body depth(X3),body width(X4),head length(X5),snout length(X6),eye diameter(X7),head length after eye(X8),interorbital distance(Xg) and body weight(Y) of each specie were measured.The relationship between morphometric attributes and body weight was analyzed by correlation coefficients,multiple regression analysis and path coefficients.The result showed the direct effect of body length to body weight of 2+ and 4+ ages was the biggest,while the body depth was major trait affecting the body weight of 3+ and 5+ages.The morphometric attributes were used to establish the multiple regression equations as Y=-7.186 + 3.617 X2 + 0.174X3 (R2=0.911);Y=-3.441 + 0.738X3+ 1.649X2 (R2=0.910);Y =-7.703 + 3.383X2 + 0.413X3 (R2=0.909);Y =-6.733 + 1.831X3 + 2.175X1 (R2=0.958).The results showed that it is very necessary to analyze continuously different developmental stages of fish in order to improve the accuracy of selective breeding.
