竹醋液对印楝素A和咪鲜胺光解的影响

摘    要:竹醋液可用于农药增效剂,为探讨竹醋液对农药光解的影响,以高压汞灯为光源,研究竹醋液对印楝素A和咪鲜胺在玻片表面和水中的光解作用,以超高效液相色谱进行检测。结果表明,在水中和玻片表面,竹醋液对2种农药的光解均有光猝灭作用。在玻片表面,竹醋液使咪鲜胺和印楝素A的光解半衰期延长至5.73 min和4.13 min,分别是空白对照的2.2倍和1.4倍。和对照相比,竹醋液能延长水中咪鲜胺和印楝素A的光解半衰期3.9倍和2.4倍。稀释30倍的竹醋液相当于浓度为57.45 mg·L~(-1)的化学抗光剂对氨基苯甲酸对印楝素A的抗光效果。竹醋液能显著延长供试农药光解的半衰期,有望作为农药助剂在易光解农药中应用。

Abstract:Bamboo vinegar has been used as a synergist in some pesticides.The effect of bamboo vinegar on photodegradation of azadirachtin A and prochloraz in water and on glass surface under high pressure mercury lamp (HPML) was studied.The?analysis?of?pesticides was performed using ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC).Results showed that bamboo vinegar exhibited photo-quenching effect on the photolysis of the pesticides.In the presence of the 10 times diluted solution of bamboo vinegar,the half-lives of prochloraz and azadirachtin A on the glass surface were 5.73 min and 4.13 min,respectively.Their half-lives were significantly prolonged compared to the control groups.Additionally,the photolysis?of azadirachtin A and prochloraz in diluted bamboo vinegar?was prolonged for 2.4-fold?and 3.9-fold compared to those in?distilled water.? As to azadirachtin A,the photoprotection?effect?of 30 times diluted solution of bamboo vinegar for azadirachtin A was equivalent?to?the?effect?of 57.45 mg·L-1 4-aminobenzoic acid (a kind of commercial light stabilizer).Overall,bamboo vinegar can improve the photostability of pesticides in the aqueous solution or on the glass surface.Thus,bamboo vinegar could be a promising?candidate as a light stabilizer agent in pesticide formulations.
