球孢白僵菌无纺布菌剂与引诱剂联合防治松褐天牛初报

在宣城地区利用引诱剂(M99-1)诱捕松褐天牛成虫, 结果表明,7月12-8月1是松褐天牛的危害高峰期.使用不同诱集方法与球孢白僵菌无纺布菌条联合应用,通过多指标分析显示,白僵菌对松褐天牛具有显著的抑制效果,其中以诱芯与白僵菌无纺布菌条联合使用的效果最佳:感染率52.1%,刻槽抑制率39.13%,寿命抑制率40.1%,侵入孔数下降7.75%,幼虫数下降12.43%.

Joint Application of Non-woven Fabric Bands of Beauveria bassiana and Attractant to Control Monochamus alternatus

Attractant(M99-1) was used to trap M.alternatus,the result indicated that the occurrence peak of the adult M.alternatus were from Jul.12 to Aug.1 in Xuancheng.A joint application technique of atrractant and nonwoven fabric bands impregnated with B.bassiana was employed to control M.alternatus.Through analyse of several indexes,the result shows that B.bassiana has obvious restrain effect on M.alternatus,especially the effect of joint application of non-woven fabric bands impregnated with B.bassiana and trapping apparatus reach its tiptop.Infection rate reached 52.1%,inhibition rates of oviposition scars and beetle longevity were 39.13% and 40.1%,number of invasion holes declined by 7.75%,and larva number declined by 12.43%.
