基于离散元法的勺轮式排种器性能仿真分析

摘    要:为研究勺轮式排种器在播种玉米时出现的单粒播种、重播和漏播等不同情况,建立了其离散元模型,对以上3种运动过程进行了仿真分析。分别建立了播种合格率、重播率、漏播率和递种起始角、排种盘转速之间的回归方程式,为排种器的研究提供了一定的参考,并通过试验台试验验证其可行性;同时,试验结果表明:当递种起始角为2°、11°或20°时,排种效果较优时的排种盘转速为26.46 r·min~(-1),合格指数最高可达94.54%;当递种起始角为29°或38°时,排种效果较优时的排种盘转速为34.02 r·min~(-1),合格指数最高可达92.21%。

Abstract:In order to explore the cause of single grain, repeating or missing seeding, the discrete element method was used to simulate the movement of the spoon wheel metering device during the seeding process. The simulation analysis was conducted for the above three movements, The simulation analysis at different start delivery angles or different velocities of the seeding plate was carried out to obtain the relationship equation of the qualified index, the multi-seed index and the no-seed index based on EDEM. The feasibility was verified through a bench test. The results showed that: when the start delivery angle was 2°, 11° or 20°, the velocity of seeding plate was 26.46 r·min-1, and the qualified rate in a single corn kernel was 94.54%; when the start delivery angle was 29°or 38°, the velocity of seeding plate was 34.02 r·min-1, and the qualified rate in a single corn was 92.21%.
