试论构建共建共治共享基层社会治理新格局

社会治理是国家治理的重要方面,而基层社会治理是社会治理的着力点。党的十九届四中会全面构建了推进社会治理的理路,提出要按照"共建共治共享"的基本原则,完善社会治理构架,推进构建基层社会治理新格局。构建这一基层社会治理新格局,是贯彻以人民为中心发展思想的具体体现,是新时代对我国基层社会建设经验的坚持和创新。构建这一基层社会治理新格局就需要把党的全面领导贯彻到底,把党的初心使命践行到实处。坚持人民群众的自治与参与。基层社区治理是基层社会治理的着力点,要以全面的功能性带动社区安全、有序和文明的建设。

On Constructing a New Pattern of Co-construction, Co-governance and Sharing in Community Governance

Social governance is an important aspect of national governance, and community governance is the focus of social governance. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee established a comprehensive way to promote social governance, and proposed to improve the framework of social governance and facilitate the construction of a new pattern of community governance in accordance with the basic principle of "Co-construction, Co-governance and Sharing".
