摘    要:通过可逆加成断裂链转移(RAFT)聚合制备聚(1,2:5,6-二-氧异亚丙基-D-呋喃葡萄糖丙烯酸酯)(PAlp Glc),再通过水解反应脱除保护基团,最终得到分子量可控、分布较窄的含有葡萄糖侧基的水溶性聚合物。通过1H NMR、GPC等手段表征产品结构,并研究该葡萄糖侧基聚合物添加在烟草中的保润性能。结果表明,该水溶性大分子保润剂在干燥环境下能提升烟丝平衡含水率,防止烟丝干燥失水;在潮湿环境下,能在一定程度上降低烟丝平衡含水率,防止烟丝受潮,是兼具保湿和防潮功能的烟草保润剂。

Abstract:Poly (3-O-acryloyl-1,2∶5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-D-glucofuranose) (PAlpGlc)was synthesized by RAFT (reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer) polymerization,and followed by acidolysis to remove the protecting group,and eventually obtained glucose-carrying polymer poly (3-O-acryloyl-D-glucofuranose) (PAGlc).The reaction gave low-polydispersity polymers with predicted molecular weights.These hydrophilic polymers were characterized by 1HNMR and GPC methods,and their moisture retention properties were studied.The results showed that the polymer humectants greatly increased the equilibrium moisture content of tobacco to prevent moisture desorption in dry condition,while it decreased the equilibrium moisture content of tobacco in humid condition.
