摘    要:以规模化畜禽养殖粪便污水发酵的沼液作为有机肥,研究其对土壤质量及小白菜产量品质的影响。设置6个沼液用量的盆栽试验处理,以小白菜为试验植物。结果表明,各处理不同程度地提高了土壤的 pH,土壤有机质、碱解N、速效K含量均与沼液的施用量呈正相关,r值分别为0.618、0.637、0.710(P<0.01);各处理的速效磷含量没有表现出显著差异;重金属等有害元素在农田、蔬菜地国家土壤环境质量指标内;本试验设计中沼液最高用量条件下(1080 t·hm-2),单季施用沼液土壤质量是安全的。施用沼液显著提高小白菜产量,促进小白菜对矿质元素的吸收,提高小白菜Vc、可溶性糖含量,但是沼液最高用量T5处理小白菜中Cr、Zn和Cd含量均超标,说明大量消解沼液时还需要进一步考虑重金属Cr、Zn、Cd在蔬菜中的积累问题。

Abstract:Biogas slurry fermented by manure sewage from scale livestock culture was used as organic fertilizer to study its effects on soil quality and yield and quality of Chinese cabbage. The pot experiment included 6 treatments with different fertilizer quantity. The results showed that all treatments improved the soil pH with different degrees. The contents of soil organic matter, available N and available K were positive correlated with biogas slurry quantity, and R values were 0.618, 0.637 and 0.710, respectively (P < 0.01), but there was no significant difference between the application of biogas slurry and available P. And the concentrations of soil heavy metals were lower than the criteria of National Soil Quality Standards for farmland and vegetable field, which mean the soil quality is safe under a single application of the highest dosage treatment (1080 t·hm-2) in this experimental design. Application of biogas slurry could remarkably improve cabbage yield, promote mineral nutrient uptake and increase the Vc content, the soluble sugar content, however, the Cr, Zn and Cd contents in Chinese cabbage of T5 treatment exceeded all the National FoodSafetyStandard, indicating substantial digestion biogas slurry also need for further consideration of the accumulation of heavy metals of Cr, Zn and Cd in vegetables.
