克氏原螯虾家系建立及幼虾生长比较的初步研究

摘    要:以克氏原螯虾太湖群体为基础群体,采用1雄对5雌进行定向交配,研究克氏原螯虾家系建立技术。共配48组,获得105尾抱卵虾,抱卵率(30 d)为44.2%,单个配组最高抱卵率为100%,孵化率为72.74%,幼虾培育成活率为96.25%±2.58%,建立了77个全同胞家系,其中父系半同胞家系有66个。以构建的家系为基础,进行雌雄亲本体长、体重和头胸甲长与幼虾数的相关性分析,分析虾苗2月龄养殖成活率与放养密度的相关性,选取23个家系在温室内进行标准化养殖和幼虾生长情况的分析和比较。结果表明,雌雄亲本的体长、体重和头胸甲长与幼虾数的相关性不显著;2月龄养殖成活率与放养密度呈负相关,但相关性不显著;温室内幼虾培育成活率为39%±8%,多数家系间幼虾生长性状差异不显著,家系内的体长差异系数较体重差异系数小。本研究积累了克氏原螯虾家系构建的相关技术,为进行克氏原螯虾家系选育奠定了基础。

Abstract:Based on the basic population of red swamp crayfish in Taihu Lake, the family construction technology of red swamp crayfish was studied with directional mating in male/female ratio of 1 to 5. As a result of the mated 48 groups, 105 berried crayfishes were obtained; the berried rate(in 30 days) was 44.2%, and the highest berried rate of one single group was 100%; the hatching rate was 72.74%, and the survival rate of larvae breeding was 96.25%±2.58%; 77 full-sib families were constructed, among which, 66 families were paternal half-sib families. Based on the constructed families, the correlations between the number of hatched larvae and the body length, body weight and carapace length of male and female parent crayfish were analyzed, and the correlation between two-month survival rate and the stocking density was caculated. Larvae growth of 23 families in the glasshouse were studied and compared. The results indicated that the correlations between the number of larvae and the body length, body weight and carapace length of parent crayfish were not significant, and the two-month survival rate was negatively related to the stocking density, however, the correlation was not significant; the survival rate of cultivating larvae in the glasshouse was 39%±8%, and the larvae growth differences of most families were not significant; the coefficient of variation of body length in a family was smaller than that of body weight. This study obtained related technologies for family construction of red swamp crayfish, and provided a foundation for family selection in red swamp crayfish.
