| 摘 要： | PHYLIP是一个系统发育推断软件。PHYLIP软件由30个程序组成，针对不同的数据，采用不同的程序。本文对PHYLIP软件的输入与输出文件的格式，输入文件的选项，应答选项，建树的策略都作了详细论述。为便于理解。文中给出了丰富的例子阐述PHYLIP软件中的各种概念和使用方法。

| Abstract: | PHYLIP is a FREE package of programs for inferring phylogenies,it contains 30 programs, which carry out different algorithms on different kinds of data.The input and output file format,options menu,algorithm for constructing trees have been dicussed in detail in the article.In order to understand easily,the usage and concepts have been expounded by many examples. |
