翻译中的语言国情学

语言与文化的关系十分密切，在语言中总是带有某种文化印记，翻译时要兼顾语言含义和文化含义，并且从社会文化的角度出发，把语言教学与语言中的文化因素和国情相联系，从而促进语言教学的提高和语言现象的研究。针对这一问题,本文对无等值词、背景意义的词、文化感情色彩的词、成语典故、名言警句、客套话等词语作了一些探讨。

Cultural Background Information in Translation

A language is closelyrelated toits culture. There is always a mark in a culture ofthe language. Translators will take into consideration the language and the implication in culture when doing translation and integrate the language factors and cultural background information into language teaching from the aspect of the social culture, which can promote the improvement of language teaching and researches on language phenomena.This thesis explores words or sentences with national conditions such as no- equivalents, words with background meaning and culturally emotional coloring, idioms and allusions, well- known sayings and aphorisms, and polite expressions.
