摘    要:为了解浦口地区水产动物源气单胞菌的耐药情况和变化趋势,以某渔场为试点,在2015年4至10月、2016年4至9月期间,每月连续在该养殖场进行采样。共采集鲫鱼和草鱼样品39份,采用平板培养、生化试验和种特异性gyr B基因扩增测序等方法进行细菌的分离鉴定,同时进行体外药敏试验。结果显示,共鉴定出59株气单胞菌,菌株对恩诺沙星最敏感,高达84.75%;比较2015、2016年抗生素MIC加权平均值,发现恩诺沙星和强力霉素分别提高了6.43倍和3.01倍,表明病原菌对这2种抗生素的耐药水平上升。多重耐药性试验结果表明,大部分水产动物病原菌至少对一类药物耐药。综上,通过连续性采样监测,表明气单胞菌在该养殖场分布广泛,且水产动物病原菌的耐药性问题十分严峻。

Abstract:In order to understand the drug resistance and trend of Aeromonas in aquatic animals in Nanjing, a fishery was set up as a pilot. A series of experiments were conducted in the fishery in Pukou area of Nanjing from April to October in 2015 and April to September in 2016. A total of 39 samples were collected from silver rpussian carp and grass carp. The bacteria were isolated and identified by means of bacterial culture, biochemical characterizations and gyrB gene sequencing. The susceptibility test to five kinds of antibiotics in vitro was carried out. The results showed that 59 strains isolated from the liver, spleen and kidney were identified to species. The drug sensitivity analysis showed that most isolates were sensitive to enrofloxacin, up to 84.75%.With the comparison of MIC values of five kinds of antibiotics in 2015 and 2016, it was found that the weighted average MIC values of enoxacin and doxycycline were increased by 6.43 and 3.01 times, respectively, indicating that the resistance levels of pathogens to these two antibiotics were increased. In conclusion, it was found that Aeromonas are widely distributed in the aquatic environment of Nanjing by the means of continuous monitoring, and the drug resistance of the aquatic animal pathogen has been very serious.
