摘    要:基于2005—2015年耕地的动态变化,运用熵权法对安徽省耕地数量、质量和生态安全进行了评价,在对评价结果展开充分讨论的基础上提出了耕地保护方略。结果表明,安徽省2005—2015年耕地资源安全值呈现先下降后上升的动态变化趋势,但总体变化幅度较小;2015年耕地资源安全评价总体得分较高,表明生态环境有所改善;通过对资源安全评价的聚类分析,将安徽省16个地市分成3类。安徽省耕地资源安全值有所提高,但耕地质量问题较为突出,需逐步建立起耕地数量、质量、生态“三位一体”保护机制。

Abstract:Based on the dynamic change of cultivated land from 2005 to 2015, the entropy weight method was used to evaluate the cultivated land quantity, quality and ecological security of cultivated land in Anhui Province, and the strategy of cultivated land protection was proposed based on full discussion of the evaluation results. The results showed that from 2005 to 2015, the cultivated land resource security value in Anhui Province showed a dynamic change trend of first decreasing and then increasing, but the overall change range is small. In 2015, the overall score of cultivated land safety evaluation was higher, indicating that the ecological environment was improved. Through cluster analysis of resource safety evaluation, 16 cities in Anhui Province were divided into three categories. The safety value of cultivated land resource in Anhui Province had been improved, but the problem of cultivated land quality was more serious. It is necessary to gradually establish a "trinity" protection mechanism for the quantity, quality and ecology of cultivated land.
