筇竹种子萌发及温度对幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:为了探究温度对筇竹种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,以筇竹种子为试验材料,设定了16 ~30℃共8个梯度恒温温度处理,对筇竹种子萌发以及幼苗生长的指标进行观测。结果表明,温度对筇竹种子萌发及幼苗生长有着显著的影响。随着温度的升高,种子发芽率先升高后降低,20℃温度下发芽率最高(79.44%),20~24℃下种子萌芽率差异不显著,是筇竹种子萌发的最适温度区间;幼苗生长速率随温度的增加先增快后减慢,24℃温度下生长最快,24 和26℃下幼苗的生长高度以及胚根生长长度差异不显著,是筇竹幼苗生长的最适温度区间。温度过高或过低均抑制种子的萌发及幼苗的生长。
