| 摘 要： | 本试验采用光镜和扫描电镜观察了35个果梅品种和10个花梅品种的花粉形态特征.结果表明,绝大多数梅品种花粉的大小(P、E)和形状(P/E)非常近似,但花粉外部纹饰特征有较显著的差异;根据纹饰特征将供试品种划分为6类,并结合植物学形态特征对供试品种的亲缘关系和演化趋势进行了阐述.

| Abstract: | Pollen micromorphological characters of 35 fruiting mei and 10 flowering mei cultivars were examined with the aid of light microscope and scanning electron microscope.The result showed that most cultivars of Mei were rather similar in size and shape,but different apparently in surface sculpture,for which those cultivars could be divided into 6 groups,the evolution and genetic relation were also analyzed by combining plant morphological characters. |
