论农民合作组织与市场农业发展

一家一户的家庭经营有其自身的弱点，难以抵御“两个风险”，发展农村合作组织是提高农民组织化程度，增强农民抗御“两个风险”能力，加快农业结构调整，实现农民收入稳定增长的客观要求和必然选择。目前，我国农村合作组织中仍然存在着资产不清、产权不明、管理混乱、管理队伍素质较低等一系列问题。新形势下我国农村合作组织发展需要在转变观念的基础上，因地制宜的采取切实有效的措施。

On the Peasant's Cooperative Enterprises and the Development of Household's Agriculture in the Socialist Market Economy of China

Household''s farming has its own drawbacks and (Ioesn'' t have capacity to avoid natural and market risks without the help of cooperative institutes. Under the con(lition of socialist market economy, the (Ievelopment of peasant''s cooperative enterprises has significant importance in many aspects, such as in increase of the level of peasant''s organization, in inherence of the capacity of farmer''s anti - risk, in promotion of the change of tra(litional agricultural structure, and in increase of the farmer'' yearly income, etc. At present, the development of rural cooperative enterprises in China is still influenced by some problems in property rights, management an(l personnel (liathesis. In or(ler to spee(l up the development of rural cooperative institutes in new economic situation, some tra(litional ideology needs to 1)e changed. Besi(les, some necessary measures based on local reality should he taken.
