礼貌现象是中西方语言学家关注的焦点之一。作为一种社会规约，礼貌现象有其跨文化一致性，同时也具有各种文化的自身特点。本文在总结中西学者对礼貌原则研究的基础上，着重分析了礼貌现象相异点的由来及其在语言形式:词汇、语法和会话结构三方而的具体体现。

Politeness phenomenon is one of the key issues discussed by pragmaticists. As a social convention, politeness phenomenon possesses cross - cultural homogeneity and also specific cultural characteristics. On the basis of the summary of research done by scholars at home and abroad on politeness principle, this paper focuses on the discussion of the sources of difference in politeness phenomenon and its reflection on language from the perspective of lexical form, grammatical and conversational structure.
