柠条锦鸡儿与小叶锦鸡儿种子丸粒化及发芽特性

摘    要:锦鸡儿属植物是干旱半干旱地区重要的造林树种之一,近年来在播种(飞播)造林中得到了广泛应用。为了提高锦鸡儿属植物丸粒化种子造林成活率,筛选出合适的丸粒化配方,选出没有结团、丸粒大小均匀、表面光滑、单籽率和有籽率高、崩解时间较长的柠条种子丸粒化配方,在室内研究其发芽特性。结果表明,柠条锦鸡儿丸粒化配方6A3C1、7A2C1、8A3C1的发芽率高于75%,与对照无显著差异,配方8A3C1的发芽率最高(81%),是柠条锦鸡儿丸粒化的合适配方。小叶锦鸡儿除8A3C1与对照相同,8A1C1显著低于对照外,6A2C1、7A2C1、7A3B2、8A3B2等配方均高于对照,但差异不显著。柠条锦鸡儿的发芽率高于小叶锦鸡儿的发芽率,但发芽势总体差异不显著。土壤水分充足的条件下,12 h以内,柠条锦鸡儿和小叶锦鸡儿丸粒化种子均能崩解萌发,低于2%的土壤含水量,对柠条丸粒化种子的崩解萌发有一定的阻碍作用。

Abstract:Caragana is one of the most important tree genera for afforestation in the arid and semi-arid area. It has widely been used in the sowing and aerial seeding afforestation in recent years. In order to improve the survival rate of the pelleted seed in forestation and develop an appropriate pelleted formula, the pelleted seeds with no cluster, uniform size, smooth surface, high single seed rate, and high seed setting rate and long disintegration time formula were used to study the germination percentage indoors. The results revealed that the germination percentage of Caragana korshinskii 6A3C1, 7A2C1 and 8A3C1 were > 75% and no significant difference was observed between the treatment and CK. The germination percentage of formula 8A3C1 was the highest (81%) and suitable for formulating Caragana korshinskii pellets. The germination percentages of Caragana microphylia 8A3C1 and 8A1C1were the same and significanlt lower that CK, respectively, while the others were higher than CK with no significant difference. The germination percentage of Caragana korshinskii was higher than that of Caragana microphylia, but the overall germination rate had no significant difference between them. Caragana korshinskii and Caragana microphylla pelleted seeds can disintegrate and germinate within 12 h if the soil water is sufficient. Soil water less than 2% can inhibit the disintegration and germination of Caragana pelleted seeds.
