| 摘 要： | 采用预防性高血脂动物模型试验方法考察太子参白茶降血脂作用。结果发现,太子参白茶能有效降低高血脂大鼠的体重(P0.05),能显著降低高血脂大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)含量和apo B值,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)值和apo A-I值,且均达到极显著水平(P0.01);太子参白茶还能显著降低肝脏中脂质过氧化物(MDA)(P0.01),但对肝脏指数的影响不明显。结果表明太子参白茶对高脂饮食所致大鼠血脂升高有明显抑制作用,能有效预防高血脂症。

| Abstract: | A preventive hyperlipemia animal model was applied to investigate the effect of the Pseudostellaria heterohpylla white tea on hyperlipemia. The results were as follows. The Pseudostellaria heterohpylla white tea effectively reduced the weight (P <0.05), TC, TG, and apoB and increased HDL-C and apoA-I in the high cholesterol mice at a very significant level (P <0.01). The Pseudostellaria heterohpylla white tea significantly decreased MDA in liver (P <0.01), but showed no significant effect on liver index. It indicates that the Pseudostellaria heterohpylla white tea could obviously inhibit the rising of blood lipid; therefore it can effectively control the hyperlipemia. |
