| 摘 要： | 稻胚凝集素（RGL）能与N－乙酰氨基葡萄糖（GlcNAc）或其聚合物专一性结合。作者利用RGL与GlcNAc的天然多聚物－甲壳素有亲和作用的特性，以甲壳素为亲和层析固相物，从稻胚中分离出一种分子量、糖结合专一性、等电点等与文献报告的RGL性质一致的凝集素。

| Abstract: | Rice germ lectin (RGL) could be combined with N acetyl D glycosamine (GLcNAc) or its polymer specially.The affinity isolation of RGL from rice germ by affinity chromatograph on a chitin column was carried out in this paper.The isolated lectin had similar molecular weight,biological specificity and isoelectric point compared with the reported RGL. |
