摘    要:通过对影响长豇豆AFLP分析技术体系的若干关键因素,如DNA的提取方法、酶切与连接时间、预扩增和选择性扩增以及电泳和染色条件等的研究,建立一套经优化的长豇豆AFLP分析技术体系。应用该体系进行长豇豆AFLP分析,能够得到清晰的分子标记图谱,且结果稳定,重复性好。

Abstract:Several main factors affecting the results of AFLP fingerprints for asparagus bean(Vigna unguiculata ssp.sesquipedlis(L.)Verd.) were studied,which including the method of genomic DNA extraction,enzyme digestion and ligation, pre-amplification and selective-amplification,electrophoresis,dyeing conditions etc.An optimized AFLP analysis system was established.Using this system,a clear,credible and repeatable AFLP fingerprints could be obtained.
