摘    要:以甘蓝型油菜品种‘秦优九号'为材料,通过盆栽试验研究了不同浓度锌处理对油菜生长、产量和养分吸收的影响及其在植株地上部器官中的富集特征.结果表明:低浓度锌处理( 100 mg·kg-1),一定程度刺激了油菜的生长,植株的花期生物量、光合速率、产量和主要矿质元素含量等指标均与对照差异不显著.随着土壤中锌浓度的增大,植株的花期生物量、光合速率、产量、主要矿质元素含量、株高和主花序长等指标均显著下降(P<0.05),而一次分枝数变化不明显.油菜地上部不同器官对锌的富集特征差异显著,总体上呈现出茎秆中的含量大于籽粒中的趋势.
