上市蔬菜甲胺磷残留监测

摘    要:对杭州、温州、云和三地上市蔬菜样品中的甲胺磷残留量进行检测。结果表明,甲胺磷总检出率为40.8%,最高检出浓度为1.85μg/kg。其中杭州、温州的检出率为52.8%~54.5%,云和未检出。不同蔬菜,以叶菜和豇豆的检出率较高,分别为51.7%~61.5%和44.4%~100%,其他蔬菜(如花菜、黄瓜等)较低。

Abstract:Residue of methamidophos was detected in vegetables for market taken from Hangzhou, Wenzhou and Yunhe. It showed that the total rate of detectable samples was 40.8% and the highest concentration was 1.85 mg/kg. Among them, the rate of detectable samples was from 52.8% to 54.5% in samples taken from Hangzhou and Wenzhou, whereas it was zero in Yunhe. The poison was much more detectable in leaf vegetables and cowpea with the rate of 51.7% -61.5% and 44.4% - 100%, higher than in other vegetables such as cauliflower and cucumber.
