苄嘧磺隆在水稻上的残留降解研究

摘    要:报道了苄嘧磺隆在水稻上的残留量分析方法。样品经提取、液-液分配、C-18小柱净化,添加浓度0.01~2.00mg/kg,回收率可达到73.5%~96.3%。北京、杭州两地的试验结果表明:①残留消解半衰期,田水为3.0~3.5d,植株为6.8~8.1d,土壤为17.6~22.1d。②30%威农可湿性粉剂每666.7m^2有效量5.0~7.5g施用,糙米、谷壳、土壤、植株中的残留量≤0.03mg/kg。

Abstract:Residue determination of bensulfuron-methyl on rice was studied. Samples were extracted,liquid-liquid partitoned, and cleaned up through C-18 cartricdge. Fortified with 0.01 - 2.00 mg/kg, the recovery rates amounted to 73.5%-96.3% .Result of the two site experiments showed that: (1)Half life:3.0- 3.5 days in field water, 6.8-8.1 days in straw, 17.6-22.1 days in soil; (2) Applying 5.0 - 7.5 g bensulfuron-methyl every 666.7 m2,the final residue in rough rice,husk,soil,rice straw was all ≤0.03 mg/kg.
