| 摘 要： | 以中国城市滨河旧区的重新开发利用为研究对象,对滨河旧区的常规设计与生态补偿性设计之间的差异进行比较,通过大量的国内外实证研究,对比分析方法,提出滨河旧区生态补偿性设计三大策略:(1)河道生态补偿。采用工程措施补偿河道自然形态,采用分层法补偿河岸生态缓冲带,自然原型护岸补偿生态河岸带从而恢复生物栖息地、生物保护措施补偿河道湿地系统;(2)历史文脉补偿。历史文物性建筑保护和动态功能置换、传统旧建筑立面主义保护、当地风俗补偿;(3)交通设施完善。总之,应用生态补偿性设计策略,应最大程度的减少对环境的干扰,并对于滨河旧区的景观设计给予全新的思考。
