嘧霉胺在黄瓜及土壤中的残留降解动态

摘    要:文章提供了嘧霉胺在黄瓜和土壤中的残留分析方法,回收率为81.5%~99.3%,变异系数在1.4%~5.3%之间.嘧霉胺在黄瓜中的降解回归方程为Ct=0.9947e-0.1356t,r=0.9552,土壤中为Ct=0.7368e-0.1783t,r=0.9496.嘧霉胺在黄瓜中半衰期为5.11 d,土壤中为3.89 d.

Abstract:A determination method of pyrimethanil in cucumber and soil was established. The recovery rates and of this method ranged 81.5 % - 99.3 %, the CVs were 1.4 % - 5.3 %. The regressive equations of pyrimethanil in cucumber and soil were Ct = 0. 9947e^-0.1356t and Ct = 0. 7368e^-0.1783t, respectively. The correlation coefficient of pyrimethanil in cucumber and soil were 0.9552 and 0.9496, respectively.The half-life of pyrimethanil in cucumber and soil were 5.11 and 3.89 days, respectively.
