雷公藤内生真菌的分离及活性菌株的筛选

摘    要:以传统药用植物雷公藤为试验材料,分离筛选能产抑制作物病原真菌的活性物质的内生真菌。通过组织分离法,从雷公藤组织中分离得到36株内生菌。发酵和抑菌试验结果表明,10号菌株的代谢产物对多种作物病害病原真菌有明显的抑制作用。10号内生真菌发酵代谢产物对水稻纹枯病菌、黄瓜立枯病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌、葡萄炭疽病菌、菜豆炭疽病菌、西瓜枯萎病菌、番茄早疫病菌、番茄灰霉病菌、柑橘炭疽病菌和香蕉炭疽病菌的抑制率分别为88.89%,100%,72.73%,85.00%,80.00%,60.00%,100%,100%,85.71%,66.67%。

Abstract:The results indicated that 36 endophytic fungi strains were isolated from Tripterygiun wilfordii Hook by tissue surface-sterilized. The metabolites of No. 10 strain have a strong inhibitory effect on several crop pathogenic fungi, and its inhibitory rates on Thanatephorus cucumeris, Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium oxysporum, CoUetotrichum gloeosporioides, Colletotrichum lindemuthianum, Fusarium oxysporium f. , Alternatia solani, Botrytis cinerea Pers, Citrus anthracnose and Colletotrchum musaewere were 88.89%, 100% ,72.73 % ,85.00%, 80.00% ,60.00%, 100%, 100% ,85.71% ,66. 67%, respectively.
