| 摘 要： | 分别对杂交鳢及其亲本3个群体的补体C3含量、补体C4含量、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性等6个指标进行了测定。结果表明,在CAT酶活性上,斑鳢显著高于乌鳢(P0.05);在ACP活性上,乌鳢显著高于斑鳢(P0.05),其他指标斑鳢和乌鳢均未表现出显著差异(P0.05)。在杂交子代的免疫指标上,补体C3和C4含量低于其双亲(P0.05),SOD活性要高于斑鳢(P0.05)和乌鳢(P0.05),其余指标均介于其双亲之间。
