嘧菌酯和吡唑醚菌酯在黄瓜中的残留降解行为及安全使用技术

摘    要:为评价嘧菌酯、吡唑醚菌酯在设施栽培黄瓜上使用后的残留行为及环境安全性,参照《农药残留试验准则》,采用田间试验方法,对比分析了设施栽培条件下两种杀菌剂在黄瓜中的消解动态和最终残留情况,并以残留分析结果为依据,对实际生产中的用药模式进行调整,探索最适的安全间隔期.结果表明,按推荐使用剂量、2倍推荐使用剂量施药1次,嘧菌酯和吡唑醚菌酯在黄瓜中的降解半衰期分别为(2.818~2.925),(2.204~2.638)d,施药浓度高的情况下消解速度慢;设施栽培黄瓜中嘧菌酯和吡唑醚菌酯的最终残留量均受施药浓度、施药次数的影响,残留风险与田间用药剂量、用药次数正相关;不同农药种类消解速度也有差异,吡唑醚菌酯在黄瓜中的消解速度比嘧菌酯更快,相同采样间隔时间和相同用药模式下吡唑醚菌酯比嘧菌酯的残留量低.参考国内外农药残留限量标准,建议设施栽培条件下,按常规方法施药及使用剂量,施药2~3次的情况下,嘧菌酯、吡唑醚菌酯在黄瓜上的采收安全间隔期为3d,随着施药浓度或施药次数的增加,安全间隔期应适当延长.

Abstract:To determine the changes in residue and environmental safety of azoxystrobin and pyraclostrobin applied on cucumber under greenhouse conditions,the residue dynamics and final residues of azoxystrobin and pyraclostrobin in cucumber was comparatively analyzed in field experiment.Meanwhile,a safe application method of the pesticides was explored to provide a guideline for application of azoxystrobin and pyraclostrobin in field,and to refine and update the residue data while helping to determine the harvest interval.The results showed that the half-lives of azoxystrobin and pyraclostrobin in cucumber were 2.818-2.925 d and 2.204-2.638 d,when they were applied one time at the recommended dosage and double dosage.The final residue of pyraclostrobin and azoxystrobin were affected by the application concentration and application times,thus the residual risk was positively correlated with the application dosage and application times.The half-lives of pyraclostrobin were shorter than that of azoxystrobin,which implied that pyraclostrobin in cucumber was faster degraded with lower residue at the same sampling interval period.With 2 or 3 application times of the recommended concentration for azoxystrobin and pyraclostrobins in cucumber,the post-harvest interval was suggested to be 3 days,which should be appropriately extended with the raising pesticide concentration.
