SDS,Cu2+污染对蟾蜍蝌蚪的急性毒性及肝脏Na+-K+-ATPase活性的影响

摘    要:以中华大蟾蜍(Bufo gargarizans)蝌蚪为试验材料,采用联合指数相加法,研究了阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、重金属Cu2+对蟾蜍蝌蚪的急性毒性和联合毒性效应;并在急性毒性试验的基础上,研究了亚急性条件下SDS,Cu2+及其复合污染对蝌蚪肝脏Na+-K+-ATPase活性的影响。试验结果表明,SDS对蝌蚪的48,72,96 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为27.38,26.45,25.57 mg/L;Cu2+对蝌蚪的48,72,96 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为0.475,0.323,0.285 mg/L。SDS,Cu2+对蝌蚪的联合毒性作用48 h内表现为毒性增强的协同效应,96 h后表现为拮抗作用。蝌蚪在亚急性浓度的SDS,Cu2+条件下暴露4 d后,SDS,Cu2+及复合污染均对蝌蚪肝脏的Na+-K+-ATPase活性产生明显影响,SDS,Cu2+复合污染在Na+-K+-ATPase水平上表现为一定的协同作用。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of single or combined sodium dodeeyl sulfate(SDS)and Cu~(2+) pollution in Bufo gargartzans,the acute toxicity and joint toxicity tests of SDS,Cu~(2+) and Na~+-K~+-ATPase activity in liver under the subacute toxicities of single or combined SDS and Cu~(2+) were measured by using exposare experiment.The results showed that the Lc_(50) of SDS for 48,72 and 96 h to Bufo gargarizans were 27.38,26.45 and 25.57 mg·L~(-1).respectively,and the LC_(50) of Cu~(2+) for 48,72 and 96 h were0.475,0.323 and 0.285 mg·L~(-1),respectively.The toxieity of Cu~(2+) was higher than that of SDS.In addition,it also indicated that the joint toxicity of Cu~(2+)and SDS was synergistic at 48 h but antagonistic at 96 h.The results also indicated that single or combined treatments with Cu~(2+) and SDS could affect the Na~+-K~+-ATPase activity in liver of Bufo gargarizans,and the joint effect of the eombined pollution on the Na~+-K~+-ATPase activity Was synergistic.
