摘    要:以‘沪茄08-11’为材料,研究了不同浓度NaCl胁迫对茄子幼苗生长、光合作用、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明,NaCl胁迫下,茄子幼苗株高、茎粗、地上部鲜重和根系鲜重,叶片中叶绿素含量均降低,且NaCl浓度越高,下降幅度越大;叶片中净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)和蒸腾速率(Tr)均随NaCl浓度的升高而显著降低,气孔限制值(Ls)随NaCl浓度升高显著增加,水分利用率(WUE)随NaCl浓度升高呈先增加后降低的趋势;叶片脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量均随NaCl浓度升高而显著增加。以上结果说明,NaCl胁迫抑制了茄子幼苗生长和光合作用,且盐胁迫下Pn下降的主要原因是气孔因素限制。
