种猪现实育种值的估测

取杭州市种猪试验场2000-2002年共1 443头长白猪个体性能测定资料,用4种方法估测了90kg体重校正背膘厚估计上代亲本公猪的育种值,其中用25头以上后裔平均值与同期群体平均值之差的2倍定义为现实育种值.结果表明:现实育种值的数值和方向与后裔测定育种值十分一致,与一次测定值的育种值差很大,现实育种值的方向与BLUP值比较一致.现实育种值不受表型值的影响,是猪真正育种值的最佳估计值.估测青年公猪的育种值,用BLUP法比较好.

Estimation of the realized breeding value of breeding swine

The breeding value of adjusted back-fat thickness of boar was estimated by four methods,using individual performance data of 1 443 boars at Hangzhou Swine Breeding Farm in 2000-2002. The value of two times of the difference between the mean of the sires including more than 25 performance tested progeny and the population average in the same peried is termed as the realized breeding value of the boar. The results indicated that the numerical value and direction of realized breeding value were in agreement with those of progeny test. There is obvious difference between the realized value and the breeding value of one observation. The direction of the realized value is similar to BLUP value. The realized value is the best estimated value of the true breeding value of bore since it is not affected by the phenotypic of bore. The BLUP is a better method in estimating breeding value of boar.
