大棚辣椒品种比较及其果实品质的灰色关联分析

针对杭州地区的自然气候特征引入辣椒品种6个,在大棚内对品种的生长特性、产量、品质、抗病性等方面与本地主栽品种进行比较,并对果实的综合品质进行灰色关联与相关分析.结果表明:品种"长香"表现为早熟、丰产、抗病、果实果肉厚、营养成分高,为综合性状表现较优的辣椒品种;其次为"ISU228"、韩国红尖、日本天长等.而紫牛角、亚瑟3号等果实综合品质相对较差.相关性分析表明:果实营养成分受果长影响小,而与果重、果实大小有显著或极显著关系.

Comparison of different hot pepper varieties in plastic sheds and integrated evaluation of fruit quality with the theory of gray system

According to climate features in Hangzhou city, six pepper varieties were introduced for cultivation in plastic sheds. The main characteristics of pepper fruits were evaluated by gray relational coefficient and correlative analysis methods. The results showed that integrated characters of hot pepper cv. Changxiang was best and its advantages were resistance to diseases, high yield, and good fruit quality. Integrated characters of hot pepper cv. ISU228, Hanguohongjian, and Ribentianchang taken second place in all the varieties used in the experiment. Integrated characters of hot pepper cv. Ziniujiao and Arthur 3 were poorest. Correlative analysis suggested that the nutrient contents in the fruits were significantly correlated with fruit weights and sizes, but not with fruit longs.
